![]() If you missed it first time around, you can play it now as part of Game Pass, and if you’ve been thinking of picking up the DLC, Echoes of the Eye, there’s no better time than now. Truth be told, Outer Wilds already appeared on Game Pass in the past, with the game being removed from the service at the end of June last year. With that in mind, and with the fact that knowledge crosses over between loops, it’s up to you to learn more about the mysteries of the solar system and a long extinct alien race. Fortunately for you though, you’re caught in a time-loop, allowing you to experience those 22 minutes again and again. On Xbox One, Outer Wilds releases day one on Game Pass. Your character is exploring a solar system that’s experiencing the last 22 minutes of its existence, as the sun is about to go supernova. If you’re yet to experience the game for yourself, a prime opportunity has emerged, as Outer Wilds is now available on Game Pass for Console, PC and even the Cloud. Having an entire solar system to explore sounds like a wonderful opening premise for a game, so it’s perhaps little wonder that Outer Wilds became as successful an indie game as it has over recent years.
